Fell into the world of vintage bikes after a long love affair with my Kawasaki Z1000. Picked up a couple of bikes in India during my travels and am into my first re-build. I have started on my Triumph 3HW and have developed quite a headache after endless trawling through the net for a paint colour. I tried olive drab but have decided to keep the colour as close to the colour it had when I bought it - a dark green. The nearest match would seem to be deep bronze green and I would like to ask for any opinions as to whether the far east colours were drab, satin or gloss.
