ryanww2
Hello I was wondering if anyone could help identify or clarify what this revolver is? From searching through google images I think I have identified it as a RIC Webley but wasn't 100% sure I cant see any real markings on it and it is missing its hammer. It came from an estate of a Northern Ireland policeman man who served from the 1940s to 1970s. Would this have been issued to him or would it have been outdated by then? Thanks for any assistance
Tony B
It looks to be a British Bulldog type of revolver. Originally a Webley 1872 introduction. What calibre is it? The type was copied by many manufacturers in several countries.
