unionjack
This is going to sound like a silly question, but does anyone have any pointers for when completely replacing the ropes on a 3-tonner? As I've just bought a new coil of rope and need to replace the lot I may as well do it properly! I assume I start by the back door and work round to the other side of the back door but a bit unsure what to do behind the cab etc.
Louis
Hi, Normally with any truck you end the roping at the rear of both sides of your truck/lorry.. Meaning that you have to start from the cab with roping. Cheers, Louis
unionjack
As in two separate lengths? I was thinking it should be a continuous length from one side at the rear, forward, around behind the cab, and back up the other side as the canvas and eyelets do that.
