Locolines
Hi everyone, we have an ST200 class fast launch that we know was requisitioned first by the RASC and then transferred to RAF Castle Archdale in Northern Ireland. It was one of the boats that D.H.Lawrence did sea trials in. its main duties in the RAF was to keep the landing area clear of floating debris to keep the flying boats from Damage. Anyway, we would love to see any pictures anybody has of her in service , but we cannot be sure of the "ST " number it was given. She was built as "Kathleen" originally. I know it's a long shot, but we all are often desperate for the history of our loved possessions an I'm no exception!
