FYI, I've asked online questions just as arcane on other forums and been totally surprised by the answers! The best example is on the Great War Forum, I was able to get in touch with a Sikh British Army chaplain to ask a question about the prayer practices of Sikh soldiers serving on the Western Front. I got a wonderfully complete and helpful answer. Somewhere out there in the internet ether, somebody knows the answer.
