Who are ASPHM in France?

These people cropped up as they have two Loyd Carrier restoration projects but have not answered any of my emails over the last year re info on there projects and offer of co-operation with our carrier projects. Is it a private one man museum or some form of state owned affair? Web site it good but doesn't get down to the nitty gritty.

ASPHM = "Association de Sauvegarde du Patrimoine Historique Militaire" which translates to soimething along the lines of Association for the preservation of historic military heritage. There doesn't seem to be a great deal more info on the site. Nice collection though.
