gritineye Posted July 16, 2011 Share Posted July 16, 2011 A friend, John Greffield, seen leaning on the Bedford, has kindly let me post these pics of his time in Gibraltar on here. He had a lot more, including many of their Explorer, but they where given away. He said their Corporal always insisted on driving the Explorer, his favorite trick was to drive new chaps to the docks at night and park with the passenger side right on the very edge of the dock, he would order the others out and wait for the splashes, apparently a few fell for it! Is it a "16 ton trailer" mentioned in lists for moving plant in Royal Engineers Field Plant Companies?
