ArtistsRifles
I will have mine (Uni work ) - access will depend on power availability though!!
Jack
What I am wanting to do for Pathfinder Online is to update it daily with a breif/long report of the day - to change the manner banner on the site daily with a 'cracking image of the day'. This is not doubling up on HMVF as many readers of Pathfinder Online are from around the world so would be good to give them an daily update on the biggest militray show on earth But need someone with a laptop and camera!!! Tony B
I will have mine (Uni work ) - access will depend on power availability though!! Neil, why not invest in an inverter? Any 12 volt supply to 240volts. Works a laptop beautifully for hours.
fv1609
So is there any wifi available on site? I looked at the map for BT FON/Openzone/Roaming Openzone but could see nothing. So any organisation providing wifi? What's the 3G signal like? I think that may be my only option.

So any organisation providing wifi? What's the 3G signal like? I think that may be my only option. I'm using 3.. for the most part I'm getting HSDPA with full signal, sometimes drops to 3G at full signal. A lot better signal than the previous 2 years I've used 3 here... Scanned for wireless... nothing.. Edited July 15, 2011 by Marmite!!
fv1609
HSDPA Oh crikey that's something new I've got to learn about. Although 3G serves me quite well when away from home, although I do try avoid viewing threads with lots of pictures.
ArtistsRifles
Neil, why not invest in an inverter? Any 12 volt supply to 240volts. Works a laptop beautifully for hours. Got an inverter in the caravan Tony. Problem is the battery compartment is too tight to let the inverter clips fit on - and the OT's batteries are knackered - enough juice to run the oil prime pumps and that it. Thank god for air starters! Getting to the Stalwarts batteries isn't much fun! One day I might get my Landie back on the road and I can rig an inverter off that one. Be a while yet though unless a job comes up some time soon.
