Dodge WC 51 : Where does the First Aid Box bracket + Grease Gun bracket go?

Hi gang,

 

Just got the First Aid Box bracket and need to know where these brackets were installed? My guess would be somewhere under the dash, but exactly where?

 

Also need to know where to place the Grease Gun bracket? Somewhere under the bonnet/hood?
