Karoshi Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 Hi Buster, Tender Sales are quite easy really. You choose the 'Lot' you're interested in, then submit a sealed bid. The vendor then awards the 'Lot' based on the most suitable bid. Its a one "shot thing" contrived to make bidders go in high first time, and the "most suitable" bid,.......... is not always the highest !
