It is astonishing that anyone thought this was a good idea :wow:

Radek, sorry to hear about your father - best of luck with it all. Keep playing is my recommendation, but you must do what is best for you.
All the best.
At least take sometime before deciding.

Do you have a target date to finish the project?

Our Dodge runs on Solar power....
Let be honest, it all start with zooplankton and algae which uses sunlight to grow.
After a few million years and some rifinement it becomes gasoline.
So our vehicles run on solar power...

According to the BBC -
The figures show
that 7,270 AFVs were sold in January, gaining a 4.2% market shareSadly not what it seems, despite the acronym AFV being used for a long time to mean Armoured Fighting Vehicles, there is a new kid on the block Alternatively Fuelled Vehicles. So you may soon see lets more cars sporting the window sticker my other vehicle is an AFV.......
pity it would be nice to see more armour on the roads :-D

Guess the Netherlands aren't obscure enough?
-
Rifle clips ?
What's wrong with string ?
It would have been better to fasten it on the left side because of the bolt thinghy sticking out.
Yes, it looks like a Dutch bike.
Still a thing which winds us up because the germans stole a lot of them.

I did model making years ago and loved it.
Your Morris looks good, what will you build next?

I met Rick once so I am famous too?
-
If we want to be really authentic the Hop farm dunnies should look like this !
Well I actually have something similar in the shed.
Its a wooden one man...Uhm, "deposit box":-D.
You open the lid, open a door on the front, insert a bucket and fire away...
And IIRC its genuine military modern-ish.

Rick is famous now!

My ancsestors were, why do you think Jersey owns England! :trustme: Anyway I thought you went via the River Medway? Off track a bit do you know the origin of the The Royal and Dutch navies Church Pennants? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pennant_(church)
Just another odd bit http://www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/HistoryofEngland/The-335-Year-War-the-Longest-War-in-History/
I love this forum simple questions go off in all sorts of ways. The Thunder Box and it's place in English History, including the excecution of Charles the First is a whole history in itself.
Didn't know about the pennant but I do remember the 1985 thing when I read it somewhere that same year.
You brits were so lucky you surrendered to us in 1986 before we started bombarded you with wooden shoes...
What can I say, the Dutch were the scourge of the high seas...:-D

Goes back a lot earlier than WW2. The 'Polite' term was to refer to it as '' La boîte qui tonnerre' from at least the time of the Norman Conquest. :writing:
You were there at the conquest weren't you?
I think we met at Hastings...:box:
