  3. Re WW 1 many Americans I have met also think that WW 1 started in 1917 and they won it. Also in KOrea, even service men wh were over there didn't know other nations were involved, or Vietnam for that matter too. I blame the US press and their school system for these "small" over sites. US uber alles.

  5. I gather that it was French because it was also used on some Voisin cars and other expensif well known makes, they also apperantly made supercharchers. Waiting for our Guru Tim to solce the mistery.
  6. While working on the engine,a Wiskonsin, the magneto and its mounting determent that it is a urly version of the FWD. It is suposed to have a G-3 Stromberg carburator but this one has a Cozette Bte S.G.D.G side-draft carburator on a aluminum manifold. I could not find any info on this carburator, does any one have any idea's?

    Why is it that not all new posts are shown on the new post page? This has happened to several of my new posts. I did post on motorcycles and aviation yesterday but they do not appear in the new posts.

    Very time cosuming, we hade some guidlines for the crosses so I had litle problem in up scaling them as it was in metric dimesions. The camouflage is done with a brush in green over a creamcolored sprayed on background. It took miles of masking tape.
