jenkinov Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 Hi ..whilst it is painted as a germn bike i believe the bike is a Ural- M-72,..........if you type ural into e bay there are 2 other motorcycle combinations for sale ...the Ural was a copy of the ww2 german combinations so bears a strong resemblance the bikes were in production for an extended period and there were regular ,modifications so a 1955 ural will be slightly different to a 1960 model .... The Hungarians also produced a version ...DNEPR.... but i believe the bike is a ural based on the shape of the rocker cover ...
