Jessie The Jeep
Last October, I bought a Jeep aerial, base and mount ( MP-48, MP-49 & MP-50 ). With the aerial came a wire, but it never got fitted as I never worked out what connects to what. I have my suspicions, but would like to know for sure before connecting it. Attached are some pictures of the aerial, wire and the connectors on the wire. So, how's yours connected? Jessie The Jeep
This is how I think the wire should be connected. The Loop end of the cable to the top of the aerial, the black plastic sections I think are cable strain relief points, and the bullet end of the cable to the radio? With the connections there are, and the size and fit of the various parts, this is the only logical way I can see it goes, but I'm still open to correction if anyone knows better.
