M.Rimmer Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 A local guy I know was clearing out his barn today and I noticed some post war British ammo boxes, these are the standard small 7.62 tins as used with the GPMG but what I hadn't seen before was the carrying cradle which takes four of the boxes. Are these unusual? all were dated 1966. He also has three 105 artillery boxes, these take 2 rounds each, dated 1965. I'd like the 7.62 boxes with cradle but wanted to know are they common as muck before making an offer. Thanks, Matt. Quote
