Barrym Posted March 2, 2023 Share Posted March 2, 2023 Good evening, does anyone have a source for the rubber press in studs that retain the liners in a MK 6 helmet, I want to take mine out as it got damp and mouldy over the winter then clean/renew parts, then refit, they studs need to be removed by cutting them, then new ones fitted. I was told by my old RQMS that once a helmet is handed in as the liner is worn out etc it will make its way back to the factory for refurbishment and then reissue.
