Motorcycle H.T. suppressors

Would both of the attached suppressors have been used on WD Motorcycles together or one per bike please? Are these also the "immobilisers"?

One per bike, some RE's had the top type, I have a bunch of them, but slightly different, also have the Immobilizers, a whole different thing, but they are not cheap.

Yes I've only ever seen the top type on Royal Enfield WD/C. I think most bikes would have been fitted with the other type and an immobilizer. 

But a warning. The suppressors are not good for your magneto. They must have been fitted as radio interference suppression was more important than magneto condition??

I fit them as a dummy, by breaking out the brass screws and carbon center, then carefully drill the Bakelite out with a 7mm bit, and just slide them on the HT lead and glued with silicon.

Yes, Ron, you told me, the suppressors are the same as on your Morris, the ones I found recently have no markings, so wonder what they are of off??

Also a picture detailing the CO having the normal suppressor and the immobilizer, and the difficult to find Lodge spark plug cap.

I think Lex has a couple of immobilizers. I can give you tips on making a dummy suppressor when you are ready. Ron
