CAV regulator 37S-8X

I acquired a relic CAV board from Eastern Europe. It is a 24V 37S-8X. Similar in appearance to a Cav 151.

As it was in Eastern Europe and from Lend Lease can anyone narrow down the vehicle these were used on.

I was assuming Infantry Tank but I cannot confirm if this is true.

Rather than have multiple coils it has a single coil and a J.Stone of Deptford automatic  regulator - if this helps.
