Cold_War_Collection
So, noticed that there are lots of places to put vehicles, but no section for vehicles of nations not normally thought of. Since we are preparing for a small local parade this Sat., thought I'd snap a couple of pictures of the collection Volvo Sugga. its a 1954, and has a complete and orginal interior, right down to the service tags. We could however, use a hint on where to find the correct radios for it. (please !!!) cheers Nick CWC (Canada)
Enigma
Love the Sugga, looks like the inspiration came from the Dodge WC, 3/4 ton series.
rog8811
I have always had a hankering for a sugga, a very sturdy bit of kit by all accounts. Thanks for sharing.

g0ozs
Nick There is another site in Swedish with much more complete info that I once found but can't now. If I get lucky I will add the URL to this topic. I think in the 1970s they also used a VRC12 clone and some RACAL sets - I'm not sure how long the Sugga remained in service ? g0ozs
Nick Now found: 1) http://www.radioskolan.se/ra200/ 2) http://gronradio.sm7dlf.se/ (popup ad infested) or http://gronradio.sm7dlf.se/ra2.htm direct link to RA-200 and http://gronradio.sm7dlf.se/ra4.htm to various VHF sets including the RA-421/VRC12 I believe the Swedish VRC-12 was the RA-421 Regards Iain
