snatch LR weighing and registering

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me on the following matters

 

weight:

i understatnd that the snatch weighs under 3.5ton when not inservice but technically because the weight plate still reads 3.6 then if i were to register it then i would need to HGV MOT it and because my license only lets me drive upto 3.5 tons then i would be breaking the law.

so my questions are:

at what point do i get it reweighed eg before or after registering it and or mot?

where do i get it re weighed eg garage or weigh bridge,

will i need a bit of paper or new weight plate to prove the new weight?

 

registering:

what form do i need

is the disposal papers enough to prove age of vehicle

do i do this before or after the mot

 

MOT:

do i do this before or after registering

any mods or additions that i need to do in order for it to be registered or pass the mot?
