Looks like the sort of thing a traction engine manufacturer would make I could image this rig would be very dangerous if it became a runaway! The brake actuation handle lis in a quite dangerous position in front of the rear wheels There looks to be a sort of rear axle road spring lock out system operated by a Tommy bar, what was this for? loading?
