I am not blaming you or anything and seeing as you weren't there at the time (think you were sorting out some bridging equipment) but when the 'heroes' stumbled into the minefield, why didn't those to guys with the BAR who stayed in the field just make a run for it like everyone else? When the infantry (35th) mount the tanks for the drive thro' the villages the Sherman model continuity is dreadful........ and check the sums on those gold bars, they don't add up!
