david56 Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 I have a leyland DAF truck, There is a problem with the tick over as it gets warmer the engine slows until it wont run at all. It was suggested that I put a thicker oil in and to try Texaco Ursa Super TD 15W-40 is this any good when hot at 2000 rpm the oil pressure is 2.5-3 bar is that ok.
