I have a plate riveted to the dash of my jeep near the glove box with a 10.3.44 date and nothing else. Anyone know why this may have been fitted? The jeep is a Ford GPW but the tub is an original Willys. Assuming the jeep would have had its date on the glovebox why would it need another date plate.
