lesjeep
8-)Hello everyone i have a keen interest in Mini Mokes and would love an ex wd one. Can anyone shed any light on the Australian mokes that were used? I have looked at an ex wd one but most o0f the extras if indeed there is any were missing. Any details of markings and photo's would be appreciated. I think that genuine ex wed Mokes in the UK would be very thin on the ground but no doubt someone will prove me wrong! Cheers everyone have a nice day.Lester PS not sure if i posted this in the correct section! :-P
Richard Farrant
Lester, I think the British Army only trialled the Moke, possibly why they are hard to find, because there would not have been many. I have seen two Australian Army Mokes in England at rallies in the past, although they may be one and the same vehicle as one was from Sussex and the other belonged to someone in Kent, seen on different occasions.
