question Pipe Fittings for 1/4" brake pipe with flared ends and Flexible connections?

Can anyone advise a good supplier of inline connectors and other fittings to allow connection of 1/4" brake pipe using flared ends and also supply flexible hoses to connect to 1/4" pipe? Ideally with SAE / NPT threads for WW2 American stuff, but not essential.

 

I found a great company in Northamptonshire a few years ago but have run out of fittings and cannot find their details - have just wasted a couple of hours chasing around Norwich to no avail, and cannot find a decent supplier on the internet.
