Iain Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 Hi all, At the moment I'm mainly looking for advice & a good (not too modern!) 6x6 truck (Scammell? Ural?) to tow a 34' showmans living van I've just bought. I'm also an amateur historian, mainly specialising in WWII. Both my grandfathers served in that, one in the Merchant Navy on the Murmansk run (PQ17 etc.), the other on HMS Barham. Oh, & I make models occasionally too. I'm afraid I haven't attempted any yet :blush: I sometimes modify existing models, but that's all really. I've only started again recently, after a gap of about 15 years!
