blazerman Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 just up from boger regis is aldwick and on the beach is the remains of a beetle and at low tide you can walk around it .it was this part of the coast to selsey that they floated and sunk 50 mulberrys in preperation for d-day and this area was out of bounds. one still can be seen off pagham. abn deuce Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 I m surprised with the housing development there , that its still on the beach , I d have thought someone would have complained that it was spoiling their view/home value and would have campaigned to have it removed ?
