  1. Youve just missed four that were for sale on milweb ,all mk 1 but i think two had swim gear . Not sure if they sold or not Justin

I think it may have come from terry brooks originally but I bought it from a third party. it took me approx. a year to get it mobile and road legal but iv'e still got a lot of finishing touches to do,mainly in the turret QUOTE=teletech;468669]Thanks for the kind words. In California, I can run it on the roads withing 1/4 mile of my shop with no paperwork or anywhere on temporary permits (18USD each) so not ideal but as a percentage of the total cost not too bad.

  15. my history is a little rusty but were they not called tanks in world war 1 to disguise theyr'e real identity as land ships and the female tank was armed with machine guns only ?

  17. sounds like the isolator or a main fuse to me ,but i'm no expert,can you get a multimeter on it to see how far the power gets. justin
  18. Its on the proper mod pallet with mountings so should be ok . I've seen mr donovans film on youtube but i can't see the wiring connections clearly ,and there must be something to stop oil pouring out of the hos connections. cheers .justin
  19. I've bought a j60 for the cvrt project and i'd like to start it outside the vehicle ,what do i need to connect ,don't want oil and snotters all over the place and i'm not sure of the electrical side , justin

  22. to start it .battery isolator on ,ign on ,press acclerator all the way and press the start button until it fires ,make sure no-ones pressed the fuel shut off pedal.once running adjust the tickover to 1000 rpm and let the old girl warm up ,once warm slow down to 800 rpm ,no lower theres a mettalastic coupling which suffers at low tickover.
