Ian, the data plates are mounted on the metal cover over the gearbox engine up to the dashboard. one wiring, one lubrication and choke instructions . you can seen them in the picture partly lose. I may going to make them.

Bought over 55 years ago directly from the USA ARMY in Germany this DUKW was untouched or drive since come up now. Very original, original paint no rot lots of original accessories. Will be for sale soon

how about putting a flat big inner tube underneath it, position it well. Start the inflating of the inner tube and it will come up. rest based on the situation good luck

some initiale clean to begin with basic cleaning with airline to see what we got on the end notice the ki-gas priming pump on the dash. Probably part of the cold weather outfit only 120 made didn't pay much and if engine is oke it was a very good buy, we will see soon. amazing the state of the chase it self after so many year in the rain and snow.

Yes you do need some paper work to be sure. With this one we didn't. I understand from people in Norway not many do arrange papers. No papers could mean trouble, so best if you spend money to get papers

There has been a batch of 120 HU that are specailly made for cold weather use. Does any of you know what the difference is with a normal HU. We noticed a ki gas pump on dash and extra instruction plates, is there more?
