Ah - I see!!! Well - look on the bright side - at least yours didn't arrange for the family to be in France the weekend you were supposed to be collecting your beloved Stalwart!!!
Serious note - whats the story with camping over night at the show???
Fees, things like that.......

Hi Jack
Very Nice!!!
But how did you get the repro pistol into the country? Isnt that illegal?
Best Regards
Rowan
Not so, I have a letter from the DTI somewhere that states that it's legal to import replica weapons & cap firing repro's (PFC's) & no paperwork is required..

-
hi all,
yes its that time of the month again, another fair at the fort.last fair we had a good turnout of vehicles and a few stalls!
if you just fancy a run out in your vehicle or just to be nosey, pop down.
hope to see you!http://www.coalhousefort.co.uk
Good chance I'll be there
-
I'll be there
A lot of people whinge about the facilities at war and peace but if the showers are crap......take your own.
If the food is crap.......take your own.
Expensive beer..........you know what to do!
Beltring dust..............OK that one I can't solve....
My only gripe is the way people drive round like looneys at night.
It only needs one accident and the safety police would come down like a ton of bricks.
Well said Rob, get a bit fed up hearing people bark on about how crap & expensive W&P is but have you noticed that these same people continue to go every year..
Don't get rid of the dust it would'nt be the same without it..

What kid wouldn't love to do this..
Or this...
Or this....
-
Or had them all rolling around on the floor laughing!
We did have one of those, Vicky

Certainly not a reproduction. I was just protecting myself and of course, the general public at large. There's a nasty cold breeze around the Thurrocks at this time of year. It blows straight up the Thames you know!

Also you have to protect the wee ones that were there, one look up your kilt could of disturbed them for life

Update on the Saladin, it's Fixed
Photos of the old & new fork below, you can see just how damage was caused to the fork through lack of oil
Lee and John,
Glad to hear you have fixed the transfer box. My diagnosis was pretty good, eh?
Have you had the opportunity to drive it around yet?
Richard
Good advise as always Richard, you were spot on, John took the Saladin for a spin around the farm today for a test drive & all seems fine, taking it out on the road tomorrow..
Many Thanks..
