  1. I had a thoroughly enjoyable show, as everyone else has said a nice relaxed atmosphere and great potential. Good to see everyone and meet new faces especially Cat and Pat who were great company all weekend. ( I was expecting a miserable git ):-D

Sorry to have shot off on the M2 but there was a 101 doing about 65 which just had to be passed.:-D

I got stuck behind that mutt for a while, he couldn't make his mind up what speed to go at but I got past eventually and caught and passed the 101 too. I spotted Helliops as I went past the services. Hope he got home quicker than he arrived.

Yes but that was after the lights had gone out :cool2::shocked::shocked:

I saw them next morning in the light.:wow: I won't be spying again.

  2. Hi all.

    Anyone going to this event.

I presume you are going Cripp as you entered it on the diary.

I shall be going with the Ward La France - well - I've put my entry in anyway. To enter, visit the IMPS events page and contact Bill Fowler.

Vehicles have to be from the 40's - so apologies to the post war chaps / chapettes.

Should be a good fun weekend.

Yes I'm going. I've even got tickets for the blitz ball. It's a good event. The first year was good, second better so this year should be better still. Good entertainment and plenty to see around the dockyard.

Is that the one at Chatham Mark

It is the one at chatham. Phone for info. 01634-823807

  3. I have one of these fridges. I run it on gas and it keeps stuff nice and cold. I'ts even got a little tray to make ice.:)

Shower wise I used to use the solar shower bags but without much sun there not ideal. This year I bought a small electric shower. Runs on batteries or 12volt, bucket of warm water and your away. pumps a decent amount of water too. aaaaandsome. I use it in an outhouse tent but I'm pretty sure you could just knock something up with some poles and a bit of tarp.

  4. They had a good display. We were camped by them and I watched a lot of time spent on the 'Nell's Belle's display. I think she spent about an hour one day polishing the shoes on the mannequin.
