The standard M4 Dozer blade does not fit on an M4A4, because of the longer hull .They would first fit it to the other models before making adapters for the M4A4.

Is there somebody who has a good picture from the rear of a Matador showing the original tail/ stop lights? I looked in all my books , but found nothing.

the humber is complete , just no front mudguards /bins. and the brenn mounting is gone.It was painted in Brown with black mickey mouse , then several layers of post war Belgian paint . chassis was still brown , exempt front suspension was OD . So I have to come up with a more difficult riddle to beat Richard, I will have a look.

thanks Ron for more pictures, I started already on the pedal cover , just paint and it can go on , the felt around the accelerator pedal was brown on mine . The seal around the door does it have a rope inside , it looks like it . I ordered some of that cardboard , see if i can stitch it together . In one of the pictures there is a corner from a floor mat , is it an original ?

thanks a lot Ron , I see that the trimming is from the same material as in a GMC cab , so I will go hunting for this . Is the roof lining made out of cardboard , or is it pressed wood fibbers material ? your cab looks really orriginal . If you have time could you also take a picture from the rear interior of the cab , thanks , great help. maurice

I am getting towards the end of my Studebaker restoration , but still have 2 questions , first , how is the area around the pedals sealed, there are holes for parker screws , but the fixing is missing . Second question is about the door seal trimming , how was the door seal held in place ?

Niels, the sides from the box are 51mm thick , and the rear is 62mm thick, top plates come in different versions , some have rounded discs welded on top , others bolted on square plates , and plane ones.

on the picture you can also see that there are two different colors on the wheel rim bolts , they started deleting the white ones somewhere in 1940 , who knows when ?

Moths really like the felt bellows , I can get the Felt material here , but it is a big job to stitch them together with the metal rings in as well , if they are not in , the engine will suck it together . best way to go is a dry modern element . Ha next question on these early Bedfords there should be a spare spark plug holder , (same as QL an O series )mounted under the aeroscreens on the wood , (later ones have it near the air cleaner elbow .) Is there somebody who could sell me one?

Is there anybody who has a elbow for the Bellows air cleaner , the one fitted now is for the later oil bath air cleaner.

Here is the NOS battery box , what would be the front ? The fire extinguisher bracket holes are a left over from the pre war O series .

John it is an optical illusion it goes the same as in the instruction book , but because your able is downward you bought the side move of the pipe , yes silencer has a little eye welded on it were it hangs on the chassis bracket . I still have another brand new down pipe , if you want pictures of it I can dig it out . About the battery box , do the cables go in at the front near gear lever or at the back ? I saw the drawing in several manuals that I have , but have to make a copy of the picture from were they were mounted on the side to show to you . I already wonder for years what the round curve or ting is at the front of the battery box on the drawing.

Is there anybody who knows were the studs were fitted on the very Early MW battery boxes ? I have seen a very Early MW picture still with the big holes in the bumper which has them fitted to the sides , others have them in front of gear lever , and at the wooden box at the back .
