Contemplating selling the willys engine we have had sat in the garage for 24 years. it came with our jeep when we purchased it.it has only had one previous owner since 1947. it will need a strip down etc , what offers?. :coffee:

Well despite the down pour today we decided to take the body off. The bolts holding it down were already off so we hooked a set of chains and hooks to it. .As space was tight,we had to work round the trailers .We pulled the Munga under the hoist with the willys (the tow rope going under the trailer in the way,it was then hoisted up and after juggling it around the gear stick the body was finally balancing in mid air. For the time being , we have put it on the top of the M416 trailer so we can still move it around until it goes to the blasters. As can be seen in the pics, the body is in very good condition as is the chassis. (sun decided to come out when we had finished)......:coffee:

in the last few weeks its been slow or not even letting me on ( other sites and forums have been fine ) is ithis the servers fault??....

As a surprise for someone i am trying to find a light blue button stick , they remember seeing one when they were a kid and it stook in their mind for all these years, unfortunately they cannot remember what force it was issued too , or anything else about it . Is there anyone on here that might have one ? Thank you in anticipation.....:coffee:

the tow hook...........

A friend of mine is getting rid of this tow hook,i am not sure what its off, possibly a tank as its bloody heavy and big.! It is like new ,im certain its not been on anything . £40 or best offer would swap for a pair of wing boxes for a lightweight.
