The Garrison
Here are a few pictures of our M741B. It was a full restoraton from someones attempt at a civilian paint job back in the 80's. Totally stripped and rebuilt, engine upgraded to 750cc, hours of research into Units, equipment and all the usual 'no records found' answers. Luckily enough after it was finished we met a WWII veteran who rode one and had some photos and all the work had paid off. It has been designated as part of 5th Division (NZ South), 3rd Platoon Royal NZ Military Police, 3rd Field Det. and has a 48 Set Radio on the carrier. The Garrison
One of the first displays we attended with our living history group. In the background is a 1917 Indian Power Plus and a 1946 Dutch Built Willys Jeep chassis.
