A friend is having problems with his lights and i can find civvy landrover manuals on the web but not a military specific one. I have copys of the 109 diagrams but i doubt these would be much help? I think there were 3 versions of User Handbook for the 90/110 & circuit was only in one of them. This for FFR but might be of some help.
