Tony B
Anyone seen this one yet? I'm about to go exploreing so if you see a piece of string trailailing about, DON'T CUT IT! http://www.britishtrenchmaps.co.uk/index.html
Great War truck
Did you need the piece of sting? There are plenty of maps! I have just had a look at it and it looks marvellous. I would love to have it, but it is not cheap. I think i will add it to my Christmas list. Tim (too)
Tony B
That's the trouble with maps Tim, so many lines! I'm thinking I might go to my local liabary and see if I can borrow it, then get the information I need onto my paper maps. I'm impressed by the trench map onto Google that Joris found. Pity the background isn't more translucent to match it to modern topography. We definitley must have a MFV travel round the Great War sites, much more intresting when you have other knowledgable people to argue with and learn from.
