hardyferret
I've done it Clive... With much heat, lubricant and a large hammer, my drawers are off and now ready for cleaning and mounting. :shake: Regards HF :-D

hardyferret
I have given them a coat of looking at  And will need help, now where is Mr T 20  Then it will be the cab hatches to replace to have the correct arms. On the hubs those horrid shouldered bolts which hold the drive flanges do you know the thread size? Are front and rear hubs the same? fv1609
On the hubs those horrid shouldered bolts which hold the drive flanges do you know the thread size? Not sure what you mean, why horrid? The big nut is not specified other than nut bevel pinion dog The flange bolts are UNF 5/16. Are front and rear hubs the same? Yes but they are sided in the sense that the nearside have LH thread wheel studs.
hardyferret
Well the MK2 drawers are off, and the MK1 doors on for a trial fit, and very nice too. The top flap section is bloody heavy, it cut straight through a extension lead and blew the trip  Have also managed to get the gearbox into neutral on the Gosport pig, fitted a set of batteries and it turns over :schocked: :schocked:, 1st time in about 20+ years. Will see if it will fire up at weekend. Didn't you want a engine Clive   Have also started stripping the MK1 goodies off for mine. Still can't believe how heavy MK2 drawers are HF :-D :-D
fv1609
As they used to say "Drop your doors and the money's yours!" Isn't it nice to know that dealing with a British vehicle like this that the rear door aperture is exactly 4 ft 0 in, nice'n logical. Engine? yes that would be nice, we need to sort something out.
