What's my new trailer?

Evening gents. 

As the title, what's my trailer, where is it from, what era etc? Think the language is Dutch? Any info appreciated. I have all the members for the tarp cover but not the cover. Tyres seem sound for now but just incase, are they still available / is there an alternate. Anyone seen a cover anywhere?

The dataplate is indeed Dutch. Saying its overhauled basically.
