Enigma Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 Hi Reme 245, I read you have connections to 43rd Recce? I am in contact with a 43rd Recce (Able 4) member, Mr. Ray Surrey. Near where I live in the Netherlands a 43 recce patrol was ambushed in Oct 1944 and 4 killed, 2 of them still missing... Mr Surrey's memoires are also on this forum. I also knew Mr. Fred (Vic) Sylvester (Able 3) via the internet, never seen them in person. I have written copy's of his memoires also. What can you tell us about your connection to 43rd Recce?
