Unknown Abbreviation Help

I have a copy of an MT Vehicle Record Card RAF Form 524 and in the 'On Charge To' section it has an entry under 'Unit' that looks like 'MoD DS' - see below. Anyone have any idea what this is please? Could it be anything to do with the vehicle's disposal as it is the last entry on the card?
