wdbikemad Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 They were prolific uniform makers Jason, later being part of the Compton-Webb concern (who had a large factory next to Swindon railway works for uniform manufacture !)......I strongly suspect that this garment was for railway company, post-office or similar...............
