fv1609 Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Phil that configuration of Azure Blue (BSC3181C 104) & Signal Red (BSC381C 537) is for LLAD & field flights. Top left hand corner is the unit number. Lower right is the sub-unit & vehicle identification. Not an Army sign as described on e bay! honeileen Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 All the Rock signs were marked with SQN no in the top left for Rapier and CVRT and the bottom letter is flight and vehicle number TSF at RAF Catterick later became 4001flt was marked in the same way 4001 top eft with vehicle fleet number bottom right Easy enough to make one up if you know the Rapier field sqn numbers for that period.
