Ok I replaced the oil and filter on my Ferret, but now the oil dripps out of the bottom of the filter. Mine is the canister type with the groove at the top, and the felt "diaper" type filter. The canister has the hole in the bottom for the long bolt to go thru and attach to the top of the filter. I dont seem to have the same parts as per the manual. on the bottom outside is the bolt, then a copper washer. Then inside on the bottom of the canister is a rubber type washer, then a copper washer, then the spring and then the metal cone that fits in the bottom of the filter. I'm sure it was sealed before from the sludge, but now its clean so it drips. I figure there must be a secret sandwich of washers to get it to seal on the bottom??
