I suppose the other thing to consider is if you have the money to pursue these people through the courts, i imagine it is not cheap.

I finished work at 6 in the morning (Monday) at got home from Sidcup OK, started my 2 says off and then got a phone call saying they had shut the factory for the day :argh: why do that on my blasted day off.
