It also depends which date period you want to stay in with your weapons. Woodern SLR's were used upto a certain period, then NBC stuff came in to action and they changed furniture to plastic, in the 80's I think as plastic was easy to wrip down if chemicals got on them as wood would have soaked any chemicals and stay on there for a while. I not sure on prices, but I'm looking to join a reenactment group covering either the 80's or 90's, know of any? All the best Trevor the barber

Hi Guys, Recently I have used a company that have repaired 2 of my 9x9 tents. (Now up for sale, message me!). I see a few guys on here say they are looking for a company to repair their canvas on their Land Rover or Tents, now I would like to share with you guys a company called :- 'HAMILTONS TEXTILES' Gibraltar Barracks, Camberley, Surry. Tel :- 01252 863036 The staff couldn't do enough for me and I found all their prices were very cheap compared to most.
