Off the top of my head, I'm not sure as to the use. I'll look through my airfield architecture books and see if I can see anything similar.
You could try contacting the RAF Museum at Hendon and see if they have a copy of the original airfield plan in their archives. These plans usually had all the buildings numbered, and a key down the side listing all these buildings and there 'intended' uses. Notice 'intended', because, sometimes the buildings weren't used for that which they were originally designed.
