Oh dear, I seem to have arrived rather late
Well on the subject confectionery, how have jelly babies been used to enhance the effectiveness of a particular weapon?
You mean a bit like this Clive, my Son showed me this one as he did it in chemistry a few weeks ago.. it's good to know they still teach some useful stuff at some schools

Clive,
they started doing that about a month ago, mainly on the Vehicle auctions at first but now it's spreading to other auctions, I don't like it as you can't see if the price is being pushed up by their mates.. Shill bidding http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/seller-shill-bidding.html
This is eBay's reasoning..
As online shopping evolves, eBay continues to focus on preserving our marketplace's open and level playingfield whilst protecting our Community of members. We have decided to change how bid history information is displayed so unscrupulous people cannot target bidders with fake offers using this information. In certain cases, some bidders will no longer be able to see other bidder's User IDs on the listing page. Your User ID will be shown only to you and the seller of the item you're bidding on. Other members will see an anonymous name, such as Bidder 1, Bidder 2 etc. -

but it's handy to know that at only 7.5t, at a pinch a Landy or my pickup could pull a CVRT.
But what about stopping

Yes, I have and as there is only about 12 with problems reported out of over 500, that was my point.
Yes but that could be said about the Forum in general with the same dozen or so members being the only ones to post regularly out of the 500..
-
The WW2 Forum still has problems now & then & they are using the same server/host..

Strange, I do not get any of these Forbidden or Error messages. It is just slow, but put that down to my computor and still being on dial up.
You wait until you get a new computer without valves then the problems will start :-)

Richard,
Is there a book or website on the history Chilwell Depot? It is right near to where I live (I drive past it all the time) so would be interested to read a bit more about it. Sadly there is not much of it left anymore, but we do get convoys of HETs with Challenger 2s driving past every now and then. ;-)

Is that because it was an old battle-axe driving the car that hit you????
No.. she was in her 20's.. there was a 6month old baby sitting in the back where the damage was.. the old biddy was in the front pasenger seat
