ajmac
What would be the likelyhood of getting an example of every British wartime Sherman type in one place, part of one show..... I'd like to see all the types present in the battles of Normandy i.e. no 76mm or HVSS versions: M4 - 75mm M4A1 - 75mm M4A2 - 75mm M4A4 - 75mm M4 or M4A4 Firefly. If we tried to get Europes largest gathering of running wartime spec Shermans since the 1950s it could be quite news worthy. ajmac
It would be a great idea, I recall Adrian and Jim said they were going, so that's two M4A4s.... I'm sure we can rustle up a Grizzly and if we could get an M4A2 we would have the British engine types.
Adrian Barrell
Jim has a radial in his so with an M4A2 (there is one near me) you would have the three main engine types. We could have a race!
