bullitt Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Hey all I have bought some inert carbine rounds from Dave Cooper for my m1 carbine. I put them in the magazine and they are about 1cm too short!!!! Dave says they are correct but modern deacs wont chamber a live round. Now I have measured these bullets and inc the head are a tad over 1 inch long. Im sure carbine rounds were longer than that. Can anyone shed any light on this.On the base of the bullets he supplied it says WIN 9mm Luger Quote
commander Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 I think you have just answered your own question the base should be stamped .30 cal and the brass case itself is longer than the std 9mm brass case Commander Quote
bullitt Posted March 5, 2006 Author Posted March 5, 2006 yeah thanks. Im new to this but when Dave Cooper said they were the right bullets I started to have doubts Cheers Shaun Quote
